Andy is a highly adaptable operations, capability, and strategy leader, with a significant interest in solving complex problems in high-risk environments. He has previously specialised in managing operational crises in the public sector, including threat-to-life scenarios and reputational risks, bringing those experiences to his work with Crisis Shield.

Andy's successes are built on sound judgment, a commitment to learning, and his inclusive, resilient leadership.

Initially from an educational background, he holds a Diploma in Business Administration and is currently studying an MBA at Melbourne Business School.
