Your personal information will be collected and held by Briggs Communications Pty Ltd (our legal company name) which will enable us to provide you with the advisory services that you have requested;

  • creating advisory crisis communications services for you;

To enable your communications advisor to provide you with communications advice you request that is suitable for your desired business objectives, current situation and particular needs we need to obtain and hold personal information about you. This includes:

  • your name, contact details and location;

  • employment details and history;

  • any other information that we consider necessary.


The personal information collected may include sensitive information such as health information and memberships of professional or trade associations.


If it is reasonable and practicable we will only collect your personal information from you. Generally your personal information will be collected when you meet with your advisor in person, provide your advisor with information over the telephone or with written material. We may need to collect personal information from third parties, such as your employer.




Using our Website


There are different types of information that Briggs Communications Pty Ltd may collect from you when you are using our website. We may collect the following information; name and job title, contact information including email address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests, other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.


You do not need to register to use the website. We will not sell, lend, swap or rent out your e-mail address to third parties, nor will your details be put on the mailing lists of any third parties. Your email address and/ or your name will not be divulged to anyone not associated with Briggs Communications Pty Ltd. We respect your privacy. Any other information you provide such as comments or survey responses, are used to enhance Briggs Communications Pty Ltd and to better plan future developments for the site. General site traffic data is also collected to assist Briggs Communications Pty Ltd with marketing to understand how often certain pages are viewed and to assist in market research.
