STEP 5. LEARNING & ADAPTION

IN THE FINAL LEARNING & ADAPTION STEP, OBSERVATIONS FROM ANY EXERCISES WILL BE ASSESSED AND EVALUATED TO IDENTIFY STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES.

These findings will be documented in an evaluation report with recommended solutions to address weaknesses. Further adaption of plans and training to embed the findings from the report are then provided.

  • Adapt plan(s)/policies/systems/strategies and provide further training to embed learnings from the Evaluation Report
