With a new or revised plan(s) in place, our Training services orientate your relevant staff to the plan(s); this includes a variety of training exercises and workshops to up-skill and equip your staff with the knowledge and skills to execute your crisis plan(s).

    Knowledge Transfer e.g. Crisis Orientation   
    Skills Training e.g. Media Training   

Process

Introduce
  • Orientate relevant staff with the plan(s), policies, systems and strategies

Familiarise
  • Run through plan(s) with small group training exercises and Q&A to actively familiarise staff with content

Up-skill
  • Build staff capabilities so they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to execute plan(s)
