In order to provide incident information to first responders, the Crisis Intelligence Communications Software will request that you input your geographical location information.

 

 

Payment information

 

 

We endeavour to take appropriate and reasonable steps provide a secure payment environment through PayPal.

 

 

We may retain the payment details of our customers only to facilitate payment of the annual renewal fee for access to the Crisis Intelligence Communications Software.

How do we store and protect your Personal Information securely?

 

 

We take appropriate and reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Information is stored securely. We may store your information in hard copy or electronic format.

 

 

Hard copy information is generally stored in our offices and storage facilities that have appropriate access controls, including but not limited to, pass-card and pass-code restricted access.

 

 

Electronic information is encrypted and stored on a password protected electronic database, which is our own local database. This electronic information is also encrypted and stored in the cloud via a highly secure third party storage provider. 

 

 

Our facilities include up-to-date anti-virus software and highly secure firewalls to secure our electronic information. All employees of the company are required as a condition of their employment contract, to treat personal information held by us a strictly confidential.
